Terms of Service

Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms, the following definitions apply:

  • Consumer: A natural person not acting in a professional or business capacity who enters into a contract with the service provider.

  • Service Provider: The party offering products and/or services remotely to consumers.

  • Distance Contract: An agreement concluded exclusively through remote communication methods.

  • Cooling-off Period: The period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.

  • Right of Withdrawal: The consumer's option to cancel the agreement within the cooling-off period.

  • Durable Medium: Any tool that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information in a way that allows future reference and unaltered reproduction.


Article 2 – Applicability

  1. These terms apply to every offer and agreement made remotely between the service provider and the consumer.

  2. These terms are made available before the agreement is concluded.

  3. If specific product or service conditions apply, they supplement these general terms.


Article 3 – The Offer

  1. All offers are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  2. Offers include a clear and complete description of the products or services provided.

  3. Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind the service provider.

  4. Each offer clearly outlines the rights and obligations involved in accepting it.


Article 4 – The Agreement

  1. The agreement is concluded once the consumer accepts the offer and complies with any specified conditions.

  2. In the case of electronic agreements, confirmation is sent immediately upon acceptance.

  3. Reasonable security measures are taken for electronic data transmission.

  4. The provider may refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud or non-payment.


Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal

  1. Consumers may cancel their purchase within 30 days of receiving the product without stating a reason.

  2. During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging carefully.

  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the provider in writing (e.g., email).

  4. After notification, the product must be returned within 30 days.


Article 6 – Costs of Withdrawal

  1. The consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  2. Any amounts already paid will be refunded within 14 days of cancellation, provided the product is received or proof of return is given.


Article 7 – Exclusions from Withdrawal

Withdrawal is not possible for:

  • Products made to the consumer’s specifications.

  • Hygiene-sensitive items with broken seals.

  • Digital content delivered immediately with prior consumer consent.

  • Magazines, newspapers, or periodicals.


Article 8 – Pricing

  1. Prices do not include taxes or import duties outside the EU unless stated otherwise.

  2. Obvious pricing errors are not binding.

  3. Prices will not change during the offer period unless required by law.


Article 9 – Delivery and Execution

  1. Products are delivered to the address provided by the consumer.

  2. Orders will be processed within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.

  3. Delays will be communicated within 30 days.

  4. If timely delivery is not possible, the consumer may cancel the order.

  5. The provider is responsible for goods until delivery to the consumer.


Article 10 – Warranty and Conformity

  1. The provider ensures that the product conforms to the contract and general standards of quality.

  2. Consumers must report defects within 14 days of receipt.

  3. The warranty does not apply to damage from misuse or unauthorized alterations.


Article 11 – Duration Contracts

  1. Contracts of indefinite duration may be terminated by the consumer with one month's notice.

  2. Automatic renewal of fixed-term contracts is only allowed under clear conditions.

  3. Consumers may cancel at any time under the same terms as the provider.


Article 12 – Payment

  1. Payments must be made within 7 business days of order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.

  2. Consumers are required to provide accurate payment information.

  3. Late payments may result in additional charges if communicated in advance.


Article 13 – Complaints

  1. Complaints must be submitted clearly and fully within 7 days of the issue being identified.

  2. A response will be provided within 14 days.

  3. If no solution is found, the dispute may be escalated.


Article 14 – Governing Law

All agreements and these terms are governed exclusively by the laws of The Netherlands, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
